Board Members
Volunteer Directorships c.4 hours a month

Our work is ever growing and it’s time to expand our board team by 3–4 members to improve diversity of experience, thought and skills. Passionate about creating safer communities and workplaces? We want to hear from you!

You will help set and maintain our vision, mission and the values of GNO, feed into strategy and ensure a unique non-hierarchical organisation has the structure and resources it needs to grow its impact. We work together to balance capacity for supporting the organisation and our other responsibilities in an ethical way.

Commun­ications Coordinator
Help us shout about what we do!

Know social media inside out? Good with digital strategy and great at collaborating with journalists? Love a bit of community engagement?

Want to help build a unique non-hierarchical community interest company? We would love to hear from you!

You’ll help spread our safer nightlife messages, focus the news and online agenda around real gender justice issues and help venues, pubs, bars, clubs, festivals, artists, record labels to find our training programmes.
